Inviting applications for the role of Senior Business Analyst 

Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Senior Business Analyst (multiple positions) in Danville, IL to collaborate with business stakeholders to define the strategic direction and goals for particular systems (BFSI) and processes. Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into actionable plans and strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue optimization in various operations. Responsible for managing a team of business analysts and provide guidance and support in BFSI-related projects. Develop and implement payment-related policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency. Manage relationships with external vendors, payment processors, and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations and effective partnership. Oversee the design and development of BFSI solutions, including evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms. Provide expert advice and recommendations on Financial industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, finance, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment and successful implementation of system initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of different systems, conduct regular audits, and implement necessary improvements or corrective actions. Responsible for facilitating meetings, workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders and end-users. Manage prioritization, backlog, and timelines of the activities within the preview of business analysts to ensure successful delivery within scope. 

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an Business Administration, Engineering (all), Computer Science, Technology, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Danville, IL with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required.  $106,725 to $112,061 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $106,725 to $112,061. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
