Management Opportunities BCF - Western Sydney

BCF has multiple retail leadership roles available across our Western Sydney stores and we are looking for leaders that are passionate about customer service, development and team engagement to ensure a high level customer experience.

We don’t need you to have a fishing, boating or camping background. We need you to have a strong customer service focus, a solid work ethic, a willingness to learn and loyalty to our brand. We need you to care about our customers and their experience. In return, we will provide a positive team culture with flexible working hours (including for management roles), which allows for a range of shift commencement times and weekly hours.

To be successful in this position you will:

• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team, coupled with leadership and coaching skills
• Proven ability in developing team members capabilities across all levels
• Effective relationship building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication skills
• The ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly and effectively
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels
• Results focused with a customer centric approach

This role will see you:
