As a Vice President within the Asset Servicing Announcement Capture Utility (ACU) team in Securities Services Operations, you lead daily operations and oversee corporate action event capture across global markets. You drive strategic and tactical initiatives, optimize resources, and enhance controls through data-driven metrics and automation. You partner with technology, client service, and product teams to strengthen processes, reduce risk, and advance asset servicing capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead change management and govern daily workflows within the ACU team.
- Manage strategic and tactical projects to achieve efficiency targets and deadlines.
- Oversee end‑to‑end workflows across Corporate Action and Income product lifecycles.
- Provide operational oversight and control of daily processing and inquiries.
- Maximize team capacity via resource planning, training, and succession planning.
- Ensure timely completion and sign‑off of controls, breaks resolution, event management, and metrics.
- Direct and coach managers and specialists with clear goals and feedback.
- Communicate proactively on strategic and regulatory changes to align staff and stakeholders.
- Continuously update SOPs to reflect new policies, risks, and control activities.
- Contribute to product strategy by informing enhancements to asset servicing offerings.
- Own and escalate ACU issues promptly to Operations and Risk leaders; partner with Technology to automate and de‑risk.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bring 12 years of experience in financial services with deep operations exposure.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrate subject‑matter expertise in Reconciliation, Settlements, Trade Support, Asset Servicing, Risk & Control, and Custody.
- Lead and motivate managers; build high‑performing teams with clear accountability.
- Learn new markets, products, and processes quickly to address evolving needs.
- Apply strong risk and control judgment to prioritize workload and meet critical deadlines.
- Communicate confidently across mediums with internal and external clients at all levels.

- Leverage global corporate actions experience across multiple markets and asset classes.
- Utilize KPI dashboards and meaningful metrics to manage risk and evidence control health.
- Partner with Technology to identify automation opportunities and remove manual workflows.

- Govern change using structured methodologies to deliver on time and to standard.
- Strengthen stakeholder alignment across Compliance, Client Service, Product, and regional operations.
