Job Description – Test Analyst / Senior Test Engineer (Card Payments & Payment Gateway)
Role Overview We are looking for a Test Analyst / Senior Test Engineer with strong domain knowledge of card payment transactions and payment gateway (e-commerce) applications . The role involves detailed functional testing, transaction analysis, troubleshooting, and validation of end-to-end payment flows across the acquiring ecosystem.Key Responsibilities

Execute functional and regression testing for Payment Gateway and E-Commerce transactions .

Validate card transaction flows , including authorization, settlement, reversals, and refunds .

Perform manual testing for merchant acquiring systems and online payment journeys .

Analyze transaction logs and troubleshoot failures in ATM/POS, online payments, and switch systems .

Collaborate with development, product, and support teams to track issues and verify fixes.

Design and execute test cases , perform defect reporting , and maintain test documentation .

Use API testing tools such as Postman to validate transaction-based APIs (preferred) .

Participate in production validation and incident analysis related to card and e-commerce transactions .
