The Customer Engineer role involves collaborating with customer teams to offer expert advisory services across various technologies, focusing on achieving secure and efficient technology management.
Responsibilities:
- Strong hands?on experience with Intune in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in Windows 10/11 and Windows 365 Cloud PC management
- Proven experience managing iOS, Android Enterprise, and macOS devices using Intune
- Experience with:
- Autopilot, Autopatch, Endpoint Security
- Compliance and Conditional Access integration
- Experience supporting customers in a partner, MSP, or consulting environment
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Nice to Have
- SCCM / Configuration Manager experience (co?management, application deployment, or migration scenarios)
- Experience migrating customers from third?party MDM or VDI/DaaS platforms
- Familiarity with Intune Suite features (Remote Help, Endpoint Analytics, Endpoint Privilege Management)
- Certifications related to Endpoint, Security, Windows 365, or Azure Virtual Desktop
