Project Manager

LHH is seeking a Remote Project Coordinator/Manager – Tech for their client, a company known for excellence. The role involves supporting the integration of two large developer platforms into a unified platform while coordinating across multiple engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support the integration of two large developer platforms into a single, unified platform
• Act as a central coordinator across multiple engineering and product teams with different operating models
• Partner closely with senior and distinguished engineers, enabling them to execute effectively
• Facilitate collaboration between organizations coming from very different infrastructures
• Apply judgment to engineering plans and tradeoffs without owning final technical decisions
• Ask the right questions to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery
• Use tools like JIRA, Excel, and Confluence to manage work, visibility, and progress
• Focus on delivery and outcomes, not solution design or long‑term product vision

Requirements:

• 8 -10 years of experience in platform integration, consolidation, or large‑scale technical initiatives
• Experience of operating in a product, program, or project coordination role within a technical environment
• Strong ability to coordinate across teams and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
• Comfort working alongside senior engineers handling deep technical work
• Ability to assess engineering plans, understand tradeoffs, and apply sound judgment
• Hands‑on experience with Excel (required), JIRA (heavily used), Confluence (strong plus), GitHub and developer‑centric workflows
