Technical Project Manager - Platform Architecture Team

Cyera is a company reinventing data security, empowering businesses to realize the full potential of their data. They are seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage customer-facing projects for custom cloud security deployments, requiring expertise in project management and cloud security knowledge while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Custom Deployment Projects : Plan and execute custom cloud security deployments, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear project scopes and timelines
• Customer Engagement : Act as the primary customer contact, translating needs into technical requirements and fostering strong relationships
• Team Collaboration : Bridge Platform Architects, R&D, Field Sales, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and communicate technical updates
• Technical Oversight : Use cloud security knowledge to guide decisions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality deliverables
• Process Improvement : Maintain project documentation and optimize processes for efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in cloud security or IT
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP)
• Cloud or project management certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, PMP) are a plus
