Megastar HR is an early-stage tourism SaaS technology company seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. The role focuses on onboarding, product adoption, and ensuring long-term customer success for small-to-medium business clients in the tourism sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product training and guide new customers through the onboarding process and help them successfully implement the platform
- Manage day-to-day relationships with SMB customers
- Serve as a primary contact for customer questions and support needs
- Monitor customer usage and conduct regular check-ins to ensure customers are getting value from the platform
- Identify customers who may need additional training and proactively reach out to customers to encourage adoption of key features
- Help maintain strong customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring a strong overall customer experience
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and support teams
- Help identify common customer challenges and opportunities for individual and team performance improvement
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, Client Support, or a similar customer-facing role, preferrably in a SaaS technology environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage many customers and tasks at once
- Experience supporting small business customers
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable solving problems
- Ability to work closely with a team to ensure a healthy work environment and meet or exceed team goals
- Interest in tourism, travel, or hospitality industries
- Familiarity with CRM or customer management tools
