Sr. Project Manager – Adobe AEM Forms Migration

Neos Consulting Group is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a contract role with their client. The Project Manager will lead the migration of internal eForms from legacy Adobe Experience Manager to AEM 6.5, overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution to meet timelines and quality objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of the AEM Forms migration from AEM 6.3 to AEM 6.5 on Adobe Managed Services (AMS)
• Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables for the migration of 232 enterprise eForms
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, accessibility specialists, and DevOps resources
• Oversee conversion of XDP/PDF forms into HTML or Adaptive Forms
• Ensure preservation of existing business logic, workflows, and integrations
• Manage implementation of Adobe Sign integrations where required
• Oversee testing and validation of Document of Record (DOR) generation
• Ensure support for downloadable PDF versions of forms
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards
• Coordinate security testing, performance testing, and integration testing activities
• Manage vendor coordination, risk management, issue escalation, and project reporting
• Ensure delivery aligns with TxDOT governance standards and project milestones

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience managing projects (AEM Forms highly preferred)
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale system implementation projects
• Experience managing enterprise digital forms modernization or migration initiatives
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams including development, QA, and DevOps
• Experience delivering projects using hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
• Experience managing enterprise web application or digital platform implementations
• Strong experience in risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
