Salesforce Developer

Baanyan Software Services, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, code, and implement Salesforce applications. The role involves working with various Salesforce clouds and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective development and customization.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with Force.com development including Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and VisualForce
• Hands-on experience with Integrations (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes such as Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Layouts, Apps, Actions, Custom Settings, Mobile Administration, Dashboards, and Reports
• Proficient in Salesforce data migration using tools like Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete, etc
• Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues, including sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, and callouts
• Experience with CI/CD DevOps tools such as GitHub and Copado
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer
• Experience working in an Agile project team environment
• Experience working directly with product owners and business partners
• Collaborate with administrators, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to Salesforce development and customization
