About this role
Sligo Software Solutions, Inc. is a Software Development & IT Consulting company. They have an urgent requirement for a Salesforce Developer who will build and customize Salesforce solutions, integrate Salesforce with business applications, and participate in CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Flows, OmniStudio, Apex/LWC
- Integrate Salesforce with business applications via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft
- Implement CTI integration using Verizon Virtual Contact Center (VCC)
- Implement NYS Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) integration
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and sandbox management
- Write unit tests, perform peer reviews, and support UAT
- Maintain technical design documentation, deployment scripts, and configuration guides
Requirements:
- 5+ years Salesforce development (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud preferred)
- 3+ years: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- 3+ years: Salesforce data model, security model, and public sector solutions
- 3+ years: Configuring case management solutions; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- 3+ years: API integrations and DevOps tools
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification OR Salesforce Administrator/App Builder Certification
- Candidates with Prior Govt client exp only
