KellyMitchell Group is a women-led organization known for innovative IT staffing and project solutions. They are seeking a Project Manager who will manage collaboration with stakeholders, handle ad hoc projects, and support the development of business process documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage collaboration with different stakeholders and workstreams
- Handle ad hoc projects and data requests as needed by the business
- Support the development and maintenance of business process documentation, including process flows, procedures and other documents
- Partner across other business areas to drive improvements and resolve issues
- Collaborate within the team and across teams
- Document data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to decision makers
- Track and assist to resolve process breakdowns
- Understand customer’s needs of the process and highlighting process improvements
