Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Side Client Implementation Project Manager for a major healthcare company. This role provides overall program oversight for a large-scale project within the FFS Medicaid market, managing client status reporting, risk and issue management, and collaborating with project managers to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall program/project oversight
- Manage client status reporting (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
- Collaborate with workstream project managers to input updates to the overall program
- Identify, document and mitigate risks and issues
- Upkeep project scope, project plans, and workplans
- Oversee project performance
- Act as the primary point of escalation
- Manage the RTM and conduct RTM validation sessions
- Work with SMEs on the workplan efforts and critical path
- Help remove roadblocks and escalate appropriately
- Present stoplight updates
Requirements:
- PMP certification is required
- Demonstrated experience with Medicaid- would prefer experience with FFS (Fee for Service)
- PBM experience
