Daxko builds the software that powers fitness, wellness, and community organizations. As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first touchpoint for potential customers, engaging with leads and partnering with Account Executives to drive the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings
- Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals
- Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked
- Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and people skills — you love connecting with others and building rapport
- Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple conversations without missing a beat
- Tech-savvy — comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
- Resilient and goal-driven — you thrive on challenges and love celebrating wins
- A team-player mindset — you collaborate, share ideas, and contribute to team success
- 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
- Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!
