About this role
InvestM Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/ SME/ PM with strong expertise in Private Markets to support Data & Technology Modernization programs for investment management clients. The role involves partnering with investment and operations teams to optimize processes and systems in private markets, managing vendor deliverables, and overseeing governance and risk management across the program.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with investment and operations teams to design and optimize private markets processes and systems
- Manage vendor deliverables, system integrations, and data migrations
- Drive testing, UAT, and stakeholder adoption
- Oversee governance, risk, and change management across the program
Requirements:
- 10+ years' BA/SME/PM experience in Private Markets / Alternative Assets
- Strong knowledge of workflows across PE, private debt, RE, infra, and FoF structures
- Hands-on experience with portfolio accounting, data migration, and vendor platforms (eFront, Allvue Systems, Aladdin Alternatives, Burgiss, iLevel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CFA/CAIA
- PMP/CBAP/Agile certifications
- experience with pension/public sector modernization projects
