About this role
iRobot is seeking a talented Design/Illustration intern to join their design team, focusing on delivering exceptional unboxing and onboarding experiences for customers. The intern will work closely with the Product Designer to create user documentation and educational materials that are clear and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design user documents (owner’s guides, quick start cards, setup guides, etc..) across all iRobot products
- Work with cross functional team members to develop clear, concise instructional content
- Design brand-consistent visuals and guides true to iRobot’s brand and design standards
- Engage in brainstorming sessions and constructive design critiques to create new and improved online User Documentation
