InEight is a leader in construction project controls software, empowering companies in various industries. The Project Delivery Consultant is responsible for training core teams on InEight software and facilitating better decision-making for clients by utilizing their construction or engineering background.
Responsibilities:
- Works with a wide range of companies to implement and train the InEight suite tools
- Understands and helps convey business processes, end user roles, and helps InEight Product and Support teams drive quality solutions and services
- Works cross-functionally with a variety of InEight teams to ensure solution decisions are in alignment with the overall portfolio strategy
- Helps provide feedback for InEight - Product Manager / Product Owner to aid in the creation and prioritization of the product backlog
- Assists with producing, maintaining and delivering end user training and marketing communications regarding the InEight products
- Leverages construction background to implement InEight products and help fast track successful product adoption
- Serves as an InEight spokesperson with client’s stakeholders
- Self-organized and communicates well with internal teams as well as external clients
- Stays focused on delivering quality services, encourages teamwork, transparency and collaboration
- Assists with InEight product testing and defect resolution prior to product release and during hyper care
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in any many of the following areas, construction project management, estimating, project controls, scheduling, design management, contract management, bid packaging, business management, change management
- Educated in any one of the following areas: construction management, engineering sciences, business administration, computer science and applied technology, communications, and teaching (with focus on secondary or adult education)
- Experience with facilitating training face to face and online meetings
- Experience working with a wide range of company roles and positions (i.e. front line craft, project management, administration and executive level roles)
- Must be able to communicate well with teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present information both to technical and non-technical customers/stakeholders, in appropriate media and form
- Able to synthesize and articulate complex concepts targeted at multiple audiences
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
- Experience with standard Office products, PDF software, road mapping tools (ie Aha!), support tools (ie ServiceNow), testing tools (ie HP ALM) and project management and collaboration software (ie Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
- Experience with Power BI semantic modeling and visualizations
