Responsibilities:
- You'll be the primary strategic partner for high-value enterprise clients — leading executive business reviews, translating AI performance into ROI, and owning retention and growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years in enterprise CS or Account Management (B2B SaaS / HealthTech)
- Experience presenting outcomes data to C-suite stakeholders
- Confidence discussing AI/LLM capabilities
- A track record of thriving in high-growth, early-stage environments
- Behavioral health experience is a strong plus
