Corporate Development Associate

Scout AI is developing Fury, a robotic foundation model for defense aimed at enhancing U.S. forces' capabilities. The Corporate Development Associate will work closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives, including strategy development, financial modeling, and partnership management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for the board, investors, partners, and government customers
• Support strategy development alongside the executive team
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of the DoD budget to uncover opportunities for growth
• Support new and existing partnerships, including customer engagement and joint initiatives
• Assist with program management across the lifecycle of customer contracts
• Drive investor relations, including reporting, financial modeling, and fundraising preparation
• Support M&A efforts, including target identification, outreach, due diligence, and execution
• Contribute across the company wherever needed, this is a startup, and you’ll wear many hats
