They are seeking a Director, Real-World Evidence Sales & Lifesciences Partnerships to drive revenue growth by diagnosing customer problems and commercializing real-world evidence insights for lifesciences companies.
Responsibilities:
- Own revenue growth by leading hypothesis-driven commercial engagements that translate real-world evidence, data assets, and clinical trial capabilities into contracted partnerships
- Lead the full commercial lifecycle — from problem framing and structured discovery through executive presentations, solution design, proposal development, contracting, and close — while building and executing account-level sales plans
- Develop trusted, senior-level relationships with pharmaceutical and medtech decision-makers; build a deep understanding of customer portfolios, strategic priorities, and unmet clinical and commercial needs
- Structure and communicate compelling value propositions using executive-ready materials that clearly link data, insights, and outcomes to customer objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, enablement, and product teams to shape go-to-market strategy, support joint selling, and inform offering evolution
- Identify, evaluate, and contract strategic technology and data partners to support lifesciences trial programs; monitor partnership performance and contribution to bookings and pipeline
- Design and support pilot programs in partnership with internal teams to generate proof points, case studies, and expansion opportunities
- Represent egnite externally at industry conferences and events to build credibility, expand executive networks, and uncover new commercial opportunities
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and reporting through accurate Salesforce documentation, dashboards, and forecasting
