Responsibilities:

- Act as a peer to Product and Engineering
- Oversee the evolution of our component library to ensure accessibility, consistency, and a world-class aesthetic
- Use qualitative research and quantitative data to validate your hypotheses
- Elevate the output of the design team through rigorous design reviews, workshops, and the introduction of new methodologies
- Act as a "Force Multiplier." You will lead design sprints, conduct high-level critiques, and mentor Senior Designers to help them reach the next level of their careers
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Product Design, with a significant track record of delivering high-impact B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace products

- Mastery of the 'pitch.' You can articulate the ROI of design to non-design stakeholders and build consensus across a global, async organization
- Expert-level Figma skills, including advanced prototyping, auto-layout, and library management
- You think like a Product Manager. You understand trade-offs, technical constraints, and how to ship 'Minimum Viable Products' (MVP) to learn fast

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years in a marketplace, platform, or multi-sided network business model
- 2+ years managing or mentoring direct reports
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Operations, and commercial teams in a remote or distributed organization
