Senior Manager, Technical Product and Program Management, Planning and Controls - Autonomous Vehicles

NVIDIA is a leader in the technology sector, focusing on autonomous vehicles. They are seeking a highly motivated and technical Product and Program Management leader to build and scale self-driving technology, leading a team to deliver industry-leading solutions and manage ambitious technology product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on leadership of a team coordinating projects, partnering with tech leads to understand and solve sophisticated planning and controls challenges, including AI based planners
• Drive and be responsible for delivery of your technology portfolios, in partnership with your engineering leader counterparts
• Coordinate and collaborate with teams and internal customers to deliver those roadmaps against extremely ambitious timelines and goals: build processes and frameworks to amplify team performance, communicate and resolve bottlenecks, address issues, and measure outcomes
• Clearly represent the group and technical product status and program execution to senior executives and OEM partners

Requirements:

• Driven, hands on, leader and people manager with strong skills in communication, influencing, and multi-functional team building across time zones
• Strong technical skills in robotics motion planning or controls, including experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related projects which involve heavily matrixed sophisticated systems
• Experience managing and growing technical product or program management teams across autonomous vehicle or robotics domains
• Creative problem solver who can handle ambiguous situations, reach consensus, and make decisions
• Execution focus, with experience bringing new and innovative products and technologies into reality
• 12+ overall years of recent Product or Program Management experience and 5+ years of people management experience
• BS/MS Computer Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record of growing both technical product or technical program management teams in the autonomous vehicles or robotics space
• Relevant domain knowledge/experience and a proven technical background
• Experience in a fast-paced AI company or Autonomous Vehicle company
