Integra Connect is a value-based, precision medicine company specializing in Health IT, real-world data, and digital health solutions. The Director of Strategic Projects leads cross‑functional strategic initiatives, partnering with various stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact solutions in the BioPharma and Oncology markets.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales, operations, clinical, and external stakeholders on strategic project ideation
- Oversee development of value proposition of strategic projects by market testing solutions with BioPharma and Oncology practices/cancer centers
- Oversee strategic projects design and execution soliciting input from sales, operations, clinical, and external stakeholders
- Determine research requirements and efforts to understand problem(s) at hand and define solutions for the strategic initiative
- Determine clinical content and analytics required to support strategic insights gathering and project deliverables
- Lead internal efforts around program plan and execution inclusive of project timeline, revenue and costs projections, content requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and mitigating execution risks along with managing strategic project prioritization
- Communicate with executives and team members on securing alignment on strategic direction and providing updates on project status
- Tracking progress on strategic initiatives reporting project impacts to customers, revenue and costs, resource utilization, and management to timelines
- Monitor industry trends understanding latest clinical updates and competitor product offerings/services
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or PharmD
- Five or more years of management experience, often with a focus on strategic planning, data analysis, or related functions
- Five or more years in healthcare related fields spanning oncology, life sciences, and/or providers
- Visionary thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and adaptability
- Independent thinker with ability to translate ambiguity into strategic direction
- Articulate communicator with experience in presenting to executives and leadership teams
- Proficiency with MS Powerpoint, Word, and other presentations/writing platforms
- Project management expertise defining project plans, identifying risks and developing risk mitigation plans
- Experience in leading cross functional teams
- Travel requirements: 20% of time (at least 4 weekends per year)
