The GRC Technology Business Development Manager will support and execute Crowe’s growth strategy through its GRC technology partner ecosystem, developing and managing relationships with technology partners and their sales organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies related to Crowe’s GRC technology partnerships
- Build and maintain productive relationships with GRC technology partners and their field sales teams to support co-selling efforts
- Identify, qualify, and advance partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities in alignment with Crowe’s growth priorities
- Collaborate with Crowe partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts to position technology-enabled solutions that address client needs
- Contribute to the full pursuit lifecycle, including opportunity development, proposal support, pricing coordination, and deal progression
- Participate in joint account planning and partner strategy discussions to align on target accounts, industries, and pursuit plans
- Coordinate with marketing and alliance teams to support joint campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and activity tracking in Crowe’s CRM systems
- Stay current on GRC market trends, regulatory drivers, and technology capabilities to inform business development efforts
- Represent Crowe and its GRC technology partnerships at industry events and professional forums, as appropriate
- Support the Account Leadership program and strategies to expand within identified accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 4+ years of experience in business development, consulting, alliance management, or technology-enabled professional services
- Experience working within a partner or alliance-based sales model, preferably involving enterprise technology platforms
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, audit, or related advisory services
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting complex sales pursuits involving multiple stakeholders and service offerings
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel as business needs require
- Prior experience supporting go-to-market initiatives or alliance-driven growth strategies
- Existing strong relationships with key GRC technology partners, including Workiva, LogicGate, and/or Archer
