As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and partner with internal sales teams to drive pipeline growth and enhance lead management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage inbound inquiries across various channels, qualifying leads to drive significant pipeline growth for Cisco
- Partner with internal sales teams to progress these qualified leads, directly impacting revenue generation and market expansion
- Enhance lead management processes to improve conversion efficiency and ensure data integrity across critical systems, contributing to operational excellence
- Uncover new revenue opportunities through up-sell and cross-sell identification, making a tangible impact on Cisco's financial success and market reach
Requirements:
- Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, etc
- Inbound/ outbound sales and/or lead-generation experience in a high-tech or SaaS company
- Fluent in English
- Able to legally live and work in the country of application without visa support or sponsorship
- Passion for innovative technology and ability to quickly learn new IT software products and understand business-critical solutions
