What You’ll Do:
As our Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping residents' daily lives by creating experiences that foster connection, wellness, and joy.
You will:

Design and lead engaging programs and activities that support the seven dimensions of wellness and reflect the interests of our residents.

Get to know residents personally and tailor experiences that maximize their fun, energy, and sense of purpose.

Encourage and facilitate family involvement to strengthen connections between residents and their loved ones.

Build relationships with residents, staff, and community partners to create dynamic and inclusive events.

Create colorful, creative, and unique communications that promote activities and events, ensuring residents stay excited and informed about what’s happening in the community.

Develop and coordinate volunteer opportunities that bring residents and the community together.

Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and enhance the resident experience.

Promote exciting programs and special events through community outreach and local media.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:

Enjoys working with older adults and hearing their stories

Is creative, energetic, and highly organized

Loves bringing people together and creating memorable experiences

Has a strong comfort level with technology, including creating digital communications, promotional materials, and using technology to organize and promote programs

Is comfortable interacting with residents, families, staff, and community partners

Can balance planning, coordination, and hands-on engagement
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience in social work, senior services, recreation, or working with older adults preferred
