Rainforest Carwash and Oil Change of Magee is seeking a candidate for Quick Lube General Manager. We are looking for someone with previous management experience that can manage our new Quick Lube! You will be responsible for managing and training a successful high performing team of technicians & managers. We offer a competitive starting salary (based on experience) plus bonus eligibility! Requirements

Our Mission: is to provide a Fast, Friendly, and Efficient customer service experience in 10 minutes or less!

What you bring:

• Excellent customer service & problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer skills.
• Must have previous experience managing a business, hiring, training, and handling cash.
• Automotive maintenance or mechanical experience is preferred.

The job:

• Five day work week
• Normally home by 8 pm (some days earlier)
• 50 hour work week
• Expect to work weekends (our busiest days)
• You will run the day to day operations of the shop
• Training, hiring, and team building
• Scheduling
• Inventory, and labor management
• Customer service
• New customer acquisition and retention
• Problem solving
• Resolving customer concerns
• Quality control
• Must be able to stand for a long periods of time
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced high pressure environment.

*A comprehensive knowledge of current and older model vehicles may be required in order to explain the maintenance needs of the type of vehicle we service for the customer. Company training will be provided.
