Description
The Guest Experience Specialist staff is responsible for assisting Merchandisers in between stores services as well as for executing administrative duties for the department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service: Conduct all activities directed by Guest Experience Managers for Market Twenty 4 Seven Pre- Grand Opening Events, Grand Opening Events, Client and Customer Engagement Events, Market Audits and Location Cleanliness Standards. Actively engage new and existing customers regarding functionality, user experience and on-going education of Market Offerings, Options and Offerings (Menu, Fresh Food, Healthy, Built & Brewed etc.)

Administrative Support: Review and answer Market emails and calls when directed or assigned by Guest Experience Manager. Create and place Market Support and Marketing Signage as directed by Marketing Manager and or Guest Experience Manager.

Data Entry: Complete Store Audits, Grand Opening Recaps, and Client Engagement Event recaps.

Safety & Sanitation: Follow operational policies and procedures. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines. Clean, sanitize and organize work areas, utensils, and equipment. Clean coffee and cappuccino machines; wipe down food displays and H-Racks. Organize and stock supplies, service stations and products. Scrub and polish counters, tables, and other equipment. Perform other duties such as sweeping, mopping (only if immediately required) and washing cooler doors, to keep equipment and store sanitary.

Audits: Assists with store audits and reports feedback to management.

Teamwork: Contribute to a positive team environment. Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments. Identify alarms or changes in morale and performance of merchandisers. Communicate areas of concern to the manager. Maintain calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
- Participate in special projects.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time by management.
Job Requirements
- High-School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass DOT.
- Chauffeurs license
- Prior retail experience and familiarization with basic merchandising concepts strongly preferred.
- Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
