We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to support our growing organization. This role is a key partner to restaurant and corporate leadership, helping ensure our teams are supported, workplace concerns are addressed effectively, and HR practices scale as we continue to grow.

What You'll Do
- Partner with restaurant and regional leaders to support employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
- Responsible for HR operations including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave of absence management
- Manage workers’ compensation and unemployment claims, including documentation and hearings
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations
- Administer employee leaves including FMLA, medical, and personal leaves
- Ensure compliance with ACA requirements and tip reporting regulations
- Support minor labor law compliance and work permit requirements
- Provide guidance to leaders on conflict resolution, employee concerns, and HR best practices
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and policy implementation across the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of ACA, FMLA, wage and hour laws, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and tip reporting
- Experience conducting employee investigations and resolving workplace conflicts
- Ability to partner effectively with operational leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
