Grounds Crew Worker

 

Summary

Maintains the campus grounds

 

Essential Job Functions

• Performs ground maintenance tasks related to gardening, such as planting, raking and spreading mulch
• Shovels snow and applies salt as needed
• Removes, recycles or disposes of trash to properly discard waste
• Responds to on-campus maintenance emergencies, when assigned, in a timely manner
• Operates grounds maintenance equipment
• Operates grounds vehicles including trucks, as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card upon hire

 

Please Note:

Qualified candidates must live or relocate within a daily commuting distance of the Providence Campus location upon hire.
