
The Training Operations Intern will be in-office and will support the Training Department in coordinating loan officer training initiatives, managing training logistics, and assisting with operational tasks that support loan officer development.
The intern will work closely with the Training Director and gain experience in training coordination, professional communication, and business operations within a mortgage organization.
Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and monthly training events
Track and manage training attendance and participation
Help organize materials and resources for training programs
Support execution of initiatives such as Arive support, Internal/External Training, Power Hour sessions, Learning Management System and additional projects
Assist with issuing credit credentials for loan officers
Provide administrative support for new loan officer onboarding
Help track engagement and participation in training programs
Assist the Training Director with calendar management and meeting reminders
Help schedule meetings with lender partners, guest speakers, and internal leadership
Prepare meeting agendas and training materials when needed
Maintain organized training records and documentation
Assist with training reports and participation tracking
Help manage communication related to training events
