Title: Director of Nursing   Job Duties: The Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Director of Nursing is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Director of Nursing supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.   Qualifications: 

• BSN or master's degree preferred.
• Shall have at least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.

About the Campus: Located in the beautiful central California coastal city of Santa Barbara, clients are welcomed into our safe, calming, and homelike environment, where they will receive compassionate recovery support from our diverse team of clinical staff who are trained in Trauma-Informed Approaches of care. Our clients receive comprehensive mental health services and support for up to 23 hours. After this, they are referred to mental health services in the community that will best meet their needs so that they may continue their recovery journey.   #CBHI-HIThe salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range:$124,800—$124,800 USD
