Join us and take ownership of a critical data provisioning and analytics enablement function that powers decision‑making across the organization. You’ll lead a talented, blended team, shaping enterprise data standards, and work hands‑on with data integration tools to deliver trusted, timely, and high‑quality data. You will provide strategic leadership for key enterprise data management tools, including KNIME, Informatica, HVR, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, and ER/Studio, to ensure reliable, scalable, and well‑governed data operations that support the organization’s long‑term data strategy.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead a high performing data team by setting clear objectives, managing workload and capacity, and coaching toward engineering excellence and operational reliability
- Promote strong engineering and data practices, including documentation, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
- Manage technology vendor relationships, including contracts, licensing, cost optimization, and SLA performance
- Oversee financial stewardship of data platforms and tools, including budgeting, forecasting, and spend optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, and support successful delivery of data and analytics initiatives
- Support enterprise data governance, ensuring consistent adoption of data standards, policies, and best practices
- Drive operational excellence through proactive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and support for data quality and MDM initiatives
- Advance continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to modernize data processes, integration patterns, and platform capabilities.
- Contribute to project planning and delivery for data integration, platform enhancements, and analytics solutions
What You Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Management, or a related field; CDMP or equivalent experience an asset
- 10 plus years in data integration and analytics environments, including 3 plus years leading data platform or technical teams
- Strong knowledge of MDM, reference data, and data stewardship practices
- Experience integrating enterprise application data into operational and analytical repositories using ETL/ELT and CDC
- Advanced skills in SQL, Informatica pipelines, data modeling, CDC, incremental loads, and schema evolution
- Proven vendor management abilities, including contract negotiation, licensing, and SLA oversight
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous learning in data engineering, automation, and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience in employee development, coaching, performance management, and onboarding/training of team members
