Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team for the summer! This position will support the RM Residential Team with warranty administration and accounting tasks. The Administrative Coordinator role is temporary and ideal for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in construction operations, accounting processes, and administrative systems. The successful candidate will assist when entering work orders into our internal app, tracking service requests, and supporting our billing team and accounting team with administrative tasks.
***This is a temporary position available from May – September***
Responsibilities:
• Enter and manage warranty work orders within the company’s work order app
• Review warranty submissions and ensure information is complete and accurate
• Track and update work order statuses as repairs are scheduled and completed
• Assist with billing administration, including invoice preparation and data entry
• Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks
• Communicate with internal teams regarding warranty requests and documentation
• Provide general administrative support as required
• Champion safety by participating in safety meetings/training, adhering to safe work practices, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education (Business, Accounting, Construction Engineering Technology, or related field preferred)
• Comfortable working with apps, spreadsheets, and basic accounting systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with data entry, invoicing, or administrative work is an asset
• Familiarity with project management or work order systems is preferred
• Experience with Dynamics Business Central would be considered a strong asset

Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Overtime may be required depending on the needs of the business.
Work Environment:
Primarily an office setting. Occasional travel to construction worksites may be required.
