About this role
- Align with business objectives and interact with BU for matter concerning Financial statements
- Timely closing of monthly/quarterly/annual books of accounts
- Liaise with statutory auditors for limited reviews and annual closure
- Ensure timely filing of XBRL & other statutory filings as per accounting policies
- Provide ad-hoc data support to BU's with respects to financials
- Liaise with tax consultants on regular basis in respect of various tax compliances, tax advisory, tax representation and tax litigations
- Preparation of audit schedules in line with Statutory liabilities , desired format by auditors/BU's and responsible for closure of audit queries
- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance
- 6 to 12 years of experience
- Knowledge of Ind AS, Sch III requirements, CARO compliance, Related Party Transactions, GST & Income Tax, SEBI LODR
- Knowledge of SAP
