The Sr Principal MarTech Lead will own the product strategy for the MarTech platform, working across various teams to drive alignment and outcomes while leveraging AI and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain full stack services including APIs, data pipelines, model inference layers, and lightweight front end or configuration interfaces
- Develop and productionize ML and LLM based solutions for personalization, segmentation, experimentation, content generation, and operational automation
- Build agent based systems that reason over customer data, triggers, and business rules to take autonomous actions
- Integrate AI services with marketing automation, CDPs, CRMs, and experimentation platforms
- Own cloud infrastructure, CI CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, and reliability for AI services
- Partner with product managers and analysts to define success metrics and continuously improve models and systems
- Ensure data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices are embedded throughout the stack
- Configure, optimize, and execute multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, or Marketo
- Partner with onshore/offshore delivery teams for build, testing, and deployment
- Support platform governance, migrations, and environment maintenance
