Oracle Cloud Project Manager (with Commercial and/or Healthcare exp)

Sierra-Cedar is an established Oracle Cloud consulting business that values innovation and teamwork. They are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to provide consulting services and deliver Oracle Cloud projects in the healthcare and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent consulting services to our clients and assist in delivering Oracle Cloud projects in our national practice
• Lead a team of consultants and client personnel through different project phases
• Develop and manage detailed project plans
• Manage fixed-fee full lifecycle implementation projects
• Engage in effective discussions regarding Oracle systems and operational processes with end users and across various disciplines, including functional, technical, project/change management, as well as operations
• Travel to client sites as needed, with a mix of hybrid travel and remote work allowed
• Work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager on implementation projects for Healthcare; Commercial experience is a plus
• At least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Projects as a Project Manager
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP
• Ability to lead a team of consultants and client personnel through different project phases
• Develop and manage detailed project plans
• Experience managing fixed-fee full lifecycle implementation projects
• Ability to understand and engage in effective discussions regarding Oracle systems and operational processes with end users and across various disciplines, including functional, technical, project/change management, as well as operations
• A mix of hybrid travel with remote work allowed - all conducted only in the U.S. and travel to client sites as needed
• Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones
• Bachelor's degree required
