- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular project updates
- Oversee configuration, setup, enhancements across GL, AR, AP, Cash modules
- Coordinate testing, quality assurance, user acceptance to ensure defect-free deliverables
- Manage project timelines, risks, budget, and ensure effective issue resolution
- Guide change management and training to facilitate smooth system adoption
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance compliance throughout
Requirements:
- Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects to deliver business-aligned solutions
- Expertise in MS Project Plan, JIRA, Confluence tools
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular project updates
- Oversee configuration, setup, enhancements across GL, AR, AP, Cash modules
- Coordinate testing, quality assurance, user acceptance to ensure defect-free deliverables
- Manage project timelines, risks, budget, and ensure effective issue resolution

- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, RMCS, EPM, ERP modules

- Proficiency in change management, training, testing, and quality assurance practices
