NetSuite Senior Project Manager

Plative is a company focused on delivering exceptional project management solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead NetSuite ERP engagements. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful project outcomes while adhering to company methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, and keep projects to a set time frame
• Actively manage internal/external stakeholders; expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projects
• Ensure adherence to Plative delivery structure and project management methodology during implementation of the solution
• Review and adjust project budget/forecast throughout project lifecycle
• Coordinate project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers
• Be a client advocate to resolve and manage escalations to ensure client satisfaction
• This position has minimal travel and occasional presence to clients’ sites
• Work on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects
• Engage with clients and colleagues on solution support
• Create and deliver presentations on project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, change orders and results to client stakeholders

Requirements:

• Full lifecycle ERP implementation experience across multiple verticals
• 3+ years of project management experience within a consulting environment
• Ability to work within Waterfall/Agile methodologies
• Experience in negotiation, vendor management, risk management, project financials, KPI tracking, and reporting
• Strong quality management and communications skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT, or MBA
• Track record of delivering complex NetSuite projects
• CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications
• Experience working with Jira, AI and Google Workspace products
