Alpha Energy Solutions is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand their presence across commercial and industrial energy markets. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new commercial and industrial opportunities within the energy sector
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Develop strategic outreach plans to introduce Alpha Energy Solutions to new markets and clients
- Lead sales initiatives that expand market share and strengthen the company’s industry presence
- Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers, utilities, contractors, and industrial leaders
- Act as the face of Alpha Energy Solutions in the marketplace
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients to cultivate long-term partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Present technical solutions in a clear, confident, and compelling manner
- Collaborate with engineering, technical, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs
- Leverage industry networks to uncover new opportunities and partnerships
- Participate in professional associations and industry groups to enhance Alpha Energy Solutions’ reputation
- Identify emerging market trends and position the company to capitalize on new opportunities
- Achieve defined business development and revenue goals
- Track and manage pipeline activity and sales performance
- Provide leadership with market insights and strategic recommendations to support company growth
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the energy, electrical, or industrial sectors
- Basic electrical knowledge, with experience in transformers or related electrical equipment preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and close complex deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Established industry network within the energy or electrical sector is highly desirable
