The Customer Service Representative I will provide high-quality service, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to the company’s reputation and growth by managing First Notice of Loss calls related to various claims.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls with world-class service and aim for one-call resolution
- Maintain accurate policy / claim documentation and update customer records
- Route calls appropriately to ensure timely resolution
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders for information gathering
- Foster positive customer relations across departments
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Manage third-party inquiries using internal systems
- Perform other duties and adhere to company policies
- Handle claims status and first notice of loss
