Senior Financial Analyst I - Corporate Development

Cleveland Clinic is a top healthcare organization dedicated to transforming patient experiences. The Senior Financial Analyst I will provide financial data and reporting to support strategic and operational needs, ensuring effective decision-making for executive caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting to support the organization's needs
• Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information
• Provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other issues
• Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes
• Retrieve and manipulate complex information with database tools, such as SAS and Teradata
• Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures
• Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and four years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience
• OR Master's degree and three years of experience
• OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and three years of experience
• Ability to complete sophisticated analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation
• Ability to lead projects and people
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development
• Master's degree
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification
• Financial modeling experience
• Understanding of valuation concepts (IRR, ROI, NPV) (Internal rate of return, return on investment and net present value)
• Experience with financial valuation and modeling
