Delfi is a New York-based fintech firm offering an AI-native end-to-end platform for financial decision-making and balance sheet optimization. They are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue growth in the community bank and credit union market, engaging with channel sales partners and other financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for community banks, credit unions, and other clients, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and close
- Develop deep relationships with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CROs) and position Delfi as a trusted partner in financial risk management
- Deliver compelling product demos & presentations in collaboration with Delfi’s technology, operations, economics, and strategy teams
- Develop B2B sales playbook that is both effective and repeatable
- Represent Delfi at industry events, conferences, and with key community bank and credit union associations
- Provide client and market feedback to influence product roadmap and market expansion strategy
- Bring strategic partnership opportunities to Delfi, particularly those that can lead to increased sales
