The Account Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for Patra's AI-powered solutions, focusing on identifying and pursuing new customers in the insurance brokerage market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations via phone and web conferencing tools
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored SaaS solutions
- Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Closing Sales: Effectively negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help enhance our offerings
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a strong understanding of the sales process
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), email marketing tools, and web conferencing platforms
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities
