Johnson & Johnson is a leader in healthcare innovation, dedicated to improving health outcomes. They are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing campaigns for the surgical vision team, ensuring effective execution and alignment with sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Drive account field marketing programs
- Provide feedback as a liaison between US Marketing and Regional Sales teams
- Serve as a liaison between US and Global marketing providing feedback on TPPs and strategic plans based on US market insights and field input
- Identify customer needs and provide inputs to new/existing portfolio commercial initiatives
- Understand and share competitive intelligence with Marketing and Sales Management and represent equipment sales during monthly sales reviews
- Maintain up-to-date field and business dashboards related to marketing programs, business performance and localization of national contracts
- Prepare and submit content for dashboards on a timely manner
- Attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and regional programs
- Frequent collaboration with all levels of sales, marketing and business operations
- Inputs to US strategy focusing on but not limited to equipment
- Establishes partnerships and executes plans for portfolio partnerships, with distributors or other relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of 8 years' total business experience is required
- Familiar with GPO/IDNs/ASCs contracting is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
- Ability to learn complex technology/clinical applications is required
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is required
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority is required
- Strong presentation skills to peers and management are required
- Proven track record of sales, marketing or technical success with strong analytical skills and business acumen (Functional knowledge with Microsoft Office, financial analysis and database exposure) are required
- Strategic-minded with excellent collaboration skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills is required
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
- Master's degree (MBA) preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience with implantable medical devices and/or surgical equipment products is strongly preferred
- Experience in surgical vision is strongly preferred
- In-depth expertise with Salesforce.com (or other CRM systems) and Tableau is preferred
