Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system committed to reimagining healthcare. The Enterprise Business Development Director will support the Vice President of Business Development in growing business channels and building strategic partnerships while utilizing data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- You will support the Vice President of Business Development and the enterprise team in growing business channels while capturing both same-store and new growth opportunities
- The role involves building relationships with Ascension cross-functional teams and market leaders to support new partnerships, network development, and affiliations
- You will use data analysis and strategic acumen to identify conventional and non-conventional growth opportunities that improve revenue and the strategic position of ministry markets
- This position develops strategic business cases to support new growth while acting as a partner to ministry markets to maintain network integrity
- You will utilize strategic acumen to execute multi-year business development plans and goals across all key national and ministry market channels
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
- Healthcare/hospital experience
- Master's degree in Business or Finance and prior consulting experience are preferred
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
