Technical Project Manager (Perp DEX)

Hyphenconnect is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the high-performance Solana ecosystem. The role involves driving the development and implementation of decentralized exchange solutions while ensuring seamless execution and integration within the DEX space.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all stages of project management, from initiation to closure, within the Solana ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with strategic objectives
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively
• Implement best practices and tools for project management and tracking within the decentralized exchange landscape

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry
• Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
