Vice President, Product Management, DPMS

Carestream Dental is seeking a Vice President of Product for their Sensei Dental Practice Management Software unit, a high-impact leadership role responsible for the strategic vision and execution of their SaaS portfolio. The VP will lead a team of product managers to drive digital transformation and oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the long-term product vision for the Sensei DPMS suite, ensuring it remains the market leader in the dental practice management segment
• Manage the $100M+ product portfolio, making data-driven decisions on resource allocation, pricing, and lifecycle management to maximize ROI
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team, providing coaching to Product Directors and Managers to foster growth
• Architect and lead the strategic transition of legacy on-premise customers to cloud-native SaaS solutions
• Foster a high-velocity development culture centered on fast, iterative agile releases and continuous discovery
• Ability to identify and integrate generative and predictive AI capabilities into the DPMS workflow to automate clinical charting, enhance diagnostic accuracy, and optimize practice revenue cycles
• Proven expertise in leveraging AI-driven analytics and machine learning models to automate backlog scoring (e.g., using RICE or Kano models powered by sentiment analysis) and build dynamic, predictive product roadmaps
• Skilled in utilizing AI tools to analyze massive datasets from legacy systems, identifying migration patterns and user behaviors to streamline the transition to the cloud
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure product-market fit and seamless go-to-market execution

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of progressive product leadership experience within a SaaS environment
• 5+ years in a senior people leadership role, managing teams
• Proven track record of managing a product portfolio exceeding $50M
• Deep expertise in managing fast-paced agile release cycles
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Direct experience in Healthcare IT or Dental Practice Management Software
• Specific experience navigating the technical and commercial complexities of legacy-to-cloud migrations
• MBA or relevant Master's degree
