Responsibilities
Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial documentation
Support accounts payable and receivable tasks
Participate in month-end closing activities, helping ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Help streamline and automate finance processes to improve efficiency
Prepare reports and spreadsheets for internal use
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth finance operations
Contribute to special projects as needed

Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial systems, and basic accounting processes
Interest in learning month-end closing procedures and process automation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, multicultural office environment
