What you will be doing as a Customer Service Support Coordinator: 

In this role, you can expect to be the key player in ensuring every customer visit is a memorable and rewarding experience. You’ll support our sales and customer account teams while expertly managing the logistical needs of our Customer Center. Join us to make a significant impact on our customer relationships! 

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): 

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, serve as the first point of contact, and manage daily customer schedules 

• Meeting Coordination: Create and maintain schedules, arrange catering, and handle special requests for customer visits and internal meetings 

• Report Generation: Produce weekly, monthly, and yearly reports 

• Visitor Preparation: Prepare customer name badges, signs, and conduct Restricted Party Screenings 

• Customer Support: Assist with candidate visits, aircraft deliveries, spec sessions, and pre-sale prospect visits, ensuring rooms are stocked with beverages and catering 

• Facility and Vendor Management: Organize facility requests, monitor meeting rooms, communicate with vendors, coordinate catering and vehicle schedules, and manage special events 

• Vendor and Supply Coordination: Work with Customer Experience staff on menu options, handle last-minute catering changes, review local hotels and car rental agencies, reconcile invoices, and manage supply orders 

• Transportation Coordination: Schedule vehicles for customer visits, assist in transporting customers, and monitor vehicle maintenance and detailing 

• Special Event Coordination: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing staff on special events in the Customer Center  

What you need to be successful: 

• A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required 

• An associate’s degree is helpful 

• Minimum of 2 years’ customer facing or related experience is helpful 

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to employees, leadership, and senior leadership is helpful 

• Ability to multi-task, anticipate request, and exceed customer service expectations with professionalism and interpersonal skills is required 

• Skillsets including communication, time management, and organization is helpful 

• Experience in hospitality and catering experience is helpful
